CONGRESSIONAL BILL PRESENTED EXCLUDING SPECIAL REGIME OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES CONTRACT - CONTRACT CAS TEACHERS IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS
The APRA Congressmen comprising: Mercedes Cabanillas Bustamante, Luis Ugarte Daniel Wilson, Angel Javier Velásquez Quesquén, Wilder Calderón Félix Castro, Alberto Luis Negreiros Criado, Aníbal Ovidio Huerta Díaz and Mulder Bedoya Claude Maurice, 08, dated March 2011, presented the Texts of the Draft Law No. 04710, seeking to rescind the Second Supplementary and Final Disposition Directive No. 004-2011-ME/SG-OGA-UPER, "" Rules and Procedures for the Recruitment of Teachers in public educational institutions of Basic Education and Technical Production for school year 2011 "and states that in cases of replacements per license penalty, commission or appointment as teacher contracts are subject to the rules of the Law Faculty.
