También se indicó que en gastos por movilidad se había gastado sumas elevadas fuera del Presupuesto Municipal por un importe de S/. 22,589.00, favoreciendo a solo dos personas: José Antonio Quispe Mayta S/.14,680.00 y Marlene Quispe Aburto S/. 7,909.00 (ambos Primos del ex Alcalde)
